Trade Paperback. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. This shiny trade sized paperback is number 1 of a series of quarterly books put out by the Educational Testing Service and this copy is in excellent condition with little wear. The covers are mostly white with black lettering and a design on the front. The covers have only minor wear and look great. The spine is tight with little wear and no creases. 10 articles are included including assessing handicapped students, measurement issues in gifted students, testing and biligual education, testing and funding, tests and diplomas, certifying high school education, testing and the college degree and more. 99 pages with an index in the back. WE accept CHECKS, POSTAL & COMMERCIAL MONEY ORDERS, and ECOMMERCE through ABEBOOKS.COM. We will hold checks for up to seven working days to ensure validity and ship immediately thereafter. We do not at this time accept any credit cards at the store. All payments must be in American dollars. We accept returns of books within 10 days of receipt but only if the book is not as described.

Shipping charges are kept to a minimum and reflect the buyer's request (either media rate or priority). U.S. Media rate (7-15 days) $2.50 1st book and $1.00 each additional. U.S. Priority rate (3-6 days) $5.50 1st book and $2.50 each additional. Please inquire via e-mail about international rates. International first class rate is used whenever possible. Insurance is available and advisable for $1.50 - $2.00 and U.S. Postal tracking for orders within the US is available for $1.50. We provide free postal tracking on domestic mail on orders over $5.00. MEDIA MAIL RATE POSTAGE IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100.00!
