About the Author: WAYNE A. FULLER, PhD, is Distinguished Professor Emeritus in the Department of Economics at Iowa State University. He is a Fellow of the American Statistical Association, Econometric Society, and Institute of Mathematical Statistics, and he is also a member of the International Statistical Institute.
