The measurement framework has to be developed for reasonably managing and improving the smart technology capability that can efficiently support for industrial fields. This research develops a measurement system of industry fields that is verified by reliability analysis and factor analysis based on previous studies. This study presents a 16-item framework that can objectively gauge a smart technology capability for industry fields, and also provides the measurement systems that can utilize for manufacturing, construction and logistics fields developed by an identical research method such as the measurement system for industry fields.
