IMPORTANT NOTICE - Please note that standard (economy surface) mail is no longer available to buyers outside of North America. All international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority International. The $23.95 International Rate quoted is based on our ability to put the book(s) in a US Postal Service "Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope" with 4 pound maximum weight. Larger shipments that will not fit in the flat rate envelope will cost much much more (we will get you the best rate that we can). We will notify you if the shipment will cost more than $23.95. Orders usually ship within 2 business days.
