In the last chapter, an optimization of the valve for thrombogenic performance and an optimal design of a fourth generation MHV through numerical modeling using CFD will be introduced. About the Author

M. Gudarzi received his B.Sc. degrees in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering in 2009 and 2011 from the Amirkabir University of Technology, respectively and M.Sc. degree in 2011 from Sharif University of Technology. Now he is a lecturer at Islamic Azad University. His interest is pursuing medical applications of mechanical engineering aspects.
