The problems faced by the public are disseminated through print media, electronic media and social media networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Instragram and WhatsApp are put in front of the public and the government, after that public opinion is created, this public opinion gives a policy basis to those problems and thus legislations related to them are created.
