Medical Zen

Michael Keller, M.D., has been a board certified family practice physician in Goodyear Arizona since 1997. He is also a second-degree black belt instructor registered with the United Martial Arts Association of America, a certified first degree Doh Yi master with the International Doh Yi Federation, and a certified Chi Fit Medical Chi Gong (Qigong) instructor through Zen Wellness and the National Qigong Association. Dr. Keller's interest in medical Qigong grew out of frustration of the limitations that classic western medicine had in curing chronic disease processes such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. This book represents a compilation of breathing and exercise techniques that have helped many of his patients regain control of their health and their life.
