Meditation, Writing Can Help You Attain Enlightenment

This book is easy to understand and is intended to help you attain enlightenment as well as fulfil your duties towards your loved ones and society at large. It discusses the essential teachings of different religions, the basics of psychology and the principles of personal growth. The book will enable you to think over issues concerning your life and come to your own conclusions, so that you can accept what appeals to you and reject others.
Mantra meditation and journal writing are key practices discussed throughout the book with a chapter devoted to each. Then there are suggestions for improving family life, education of children, personal growth, the quality of sleep and how to cope with the evil that exists in the world. One chapter helps you to understand how journalists work. The section on mental health is meant to be informational and is not a substitute for professional care. The book is an elaboration and refinement of the author’s first book ‘Striving to Attain Enlightenment.’
