Reprint hardcover with bumped spine ends and fairly sharp tips. One name and one gift ded on fep, rest of 245pp text is tight, crisp and unmarked. Facsimile dust wrapper is complete save for very light color loss along front flap fold, else displays very well in new mylar. There weren't many people who loved horses as much as Sam did, in particular, his own sway-backed Mutton Bone and a sweet little mare named Melody. But 'Hoofbeats Brady', the owner of Melody did. And so naturally when 'Hoofbeats' was about to lose his riding stable Sam had to do something to help.
