Offers a list of 21 issues Franklin resolved during his first term: "[I]t will not be difficult to recall the misery and suffering of the winters of 1929-1930-1931-1932, and the rush of Roosevelt, upon taking office, to wipe out soup kitchens and bread-lines!" Pamphlet also provides an illustrated list of prizes, mostly cars and appliances, "to the 96 persons who make the best selection of the Seven Points most outstanding of the twenty-one issues listed".
