Wrapper title: "Memorial Addresses on the Life and Character of Governor John Rankin Rogers Sept. 4, 1838 - Dec. 26, 1901." Oval stamp on first page (blank reverse of portrait): "Distributed through the courtesy of the Washington State Library." Contains the text of addresses delivered in the Washington State House and Senate, the funeral service, and a short biography of Governor Rogers, the first and only Populist governor of the state. Scarce. In Near Fine- Condition: front wrapper is scraped at lower spine; wrapper is slightly rubbed; clean and solid. Seller Inventory # 009554
