In Her Memory: 73 Journal Prompts for grieving Daughters

After losing your mother, there is no single best way to process your grief. You may find reprieve in talking to loved ones or professionals, self care, prayer, or meditation. Others may take solace in writing. This journal contains 73 different prompts that ask you to answer a question, describe your feelings, or reflect on a certain thing.

You, your mother, your relationship with her, and your grief for them are all unique. The prompts in this journal will ask you to write about all of these topics. You can choose to write on each page or leave blanks, complete them in order or jump around. This journal is designed to be used however you see fit.

Some prompts will feel harder to answer than others, but you are encouraged to lean into your emotions as you address the difficult ones. It may not feel good in the moment, but you may be grateful to get somethings off your chest as words flow from pen to paper.

Your mom, your memories, your impressions of the past. These are your words. This is your story.

This 100 page paperback journal has 73 guiding prompts for you to write about your mother, your experience with grieving her death, how you have been coping, support you have received (or haven't) from those around you, and where you go from here. Use these pages to help process things, at your own pace. This book makes a great gift for any women who has lost her mother.
