Memory Games For The Senior, Volume 1: Large Print Activity Book with Picture, Number and Word Puzzles to Exercise Memory, Retention and Recall (Fun ... Memory Games to Improve Cognitive Functions)

In a recent study by the US National Health Institute on 2,832 people, older adults who received only 10 sessions of brain training showed improved memory even ten years after the sessions.

This shows that the brains of older adults can adapt to and be improved by brain training, which means you can slow down or even reverse memory loss due to aging.
