The Memory of Light

The Memory of Light tells the journey of Aubrey, a blind young woman whose world is shaken by a supernatural eclipse that opens the hidden realm of Purok Engkanto. Guided by her grandmother's silver comb - revealed not as a talisman but as a resonance key - Aubrey confronts ancestral grief, deceptive illusions, and the balance of light and shadow. Through trials of memory, vulnerability, and sacrifice, she discovers that sight is not salvation; presence, resonance, and the courage to embrace darkness and light together are the true path to healing.
Blending Filipino folklore with psychological and philosophical themes, this visionary tale explores grief, identity, and resilience. Aubrey's story reveals that blindness, embraced, becomes strength - and that collective sorrow must be unveiled before harmony can begin.

Blending symbolism, realism, and speculative thought, his work speaks to readers who enjoy fiction that challenges assumptions rather than offering easy answers.

When not writing, he explores ideas at the intersection of spirituality, psychology, and human resilience.
