Menacing Angels: Innocent Angels

Menacing Angels That Night: Innocent Angels by Carolyn S. Tanner is the first book of an epic western and romantic tale set in the 1870s where the law is just as crooked and evil as the men they judge.

Dreaming Woman, aka Nikki Pride, is a Northern Cheyenne enigma, gifted with visions and power of the tongue. Though a revered member of the tribe, she is sent back to her father's world, the white world.

Nikki Pride's gifts disappear until the arrival of Dane Travis, a man with a mysterious past who captures her heart. Yet her haunting visions are too complex to interpret and are not enough to stop that night which turns her and her friends, Ginger Starr, Tawnie Sands, and Kissa Loving's world, upside down. It is their decision whether to either live with the disgrace of that night or take fate into their own hands, extracting their brand of retribution against the perpetrators to right the wrongs against them.
