Important & exhaustive monograph on spinal, brain, & related tumors, a photographic reprint of Garrison-Morton 4612, first published in 1938; one of the publisher's Landmark Library of Neurology & Neurosurgery done up in Easton Press style, full bonded leather with gilt edges, 'marbled' endsheets, silk ribbon. Hardcover, burgundy leather, gilt titling. Not perfect but not bad: light wear, corners bumped; faint erasure to upper corner of flyleaf; minor damage to top edge - a bump to the rear board and some nicks to the page edges; publisher's 24-page booklet of notes laid in, with minor corner creases. Text clean; [2], xiv, 785 pages + colophon; index, extensive bibliography, tables, figures, b/w photos. Size: Small Quarto.
