The book is pretty fascinating - it profiles various New York restaurants of the era (1955) and shares a recipe from the restaurant. Recipes from classic New York restaurants such as The Stork Club, Quo Vadis, Grand Central Oyster Bar, Romeo Salta, and 21 Club.
