pp. iv, 1-484 including Surname Index. Large 4to., (12 1/4" tall). Illustrated. Beautifully bound in imitation leather with gilt now protected in mylar. Family Records and Family Tree end paper forms are clean and have never been filled in. No previous owner's names or marks in the book. Solid, square, tight, very clean, almost like new. A very scarce copy.
