About this Item
The original newspaper, disbound from a folio. 4 pp. on laid paper, good plus; there is an inked owner's name at the upper left, some edgwear, short tears at creases, and a sm. hole in the middle where creases intersect. The typeface here still uses the 18th-century long 's'. The upper right corner of p. 3 is so lightly printed it cannot be read. On p. 4, unfortunately marked with an X in ink, is an ad: "Paul Revere and Sons, at their bell and cannon foundry.Cast and finish Bells and Brass Cannon, of any size or weight, equal to any imported. All kinds of composition and Brass Work, cast at the shortest notice.&c.".
