no date, presumed mid 1920s.Thin die cut card stock paper with tissue paper top. A Christmas greeting card featuring a young woman with a very puffy outfit on, along with a bundle of presents and a basket. The card was designed by Ruth Eleanor Newton and Elizabeth Manley, with the Cuddle Me series popular in the 1920s. Ruth Eleanor Newtoan was an American illustrator and doll designer, working for a variety of card companies before designing dolls. VERY GOOD condition. Minor toning and edgewear. Slight curling to the tissue paper.
