The Message of the Bible: Relationship of Man with God through Christ

The Bible is one of the most widely recognized and quoted books in human history—the inspired Word of God, preserved across generations.

Yet despite its familiarity, its profound message is often overlooked or misunderstood.

In Message of the Bible, beloved preacher A. W. Tozer invites readers to rediscover the awe-inspiring truths of Scripture.

God’s Eternal Plan Revealed

Tozer unpacks the Bible’s core themes:

• God’s sovereign control over all creation
• Humanity’s fall into sin and need for redemption
• Christ’s sacrifice on the Cross as the centerpiece of God's redemptive plan
• The disciple’s joyful responsibility to live in obedience and devotion

He urges us to see the Bible not just as literature, but as our guide for life and faith.

A. W. Tozer (1897–1963) was a pastor, theologian, and one of the most influential Christian writers of the 20th century. Known for his deep spiritual insight and uncompromising pursuit of God’s truth, Tozer spent his life calling believers to a deeper relationship with Christ.

Self-taught and led by an insatiable hunger for God’s presence, Tozer became a prolific preacher and author, serving as a pastor for over 30 years and writing more than 40 books. His works, including The Pursuit of God and The Knowledge of the Holy, remain timeless classics that continue to challenge and inspire Christians worldwide.

Tozer’s ministry was marked by a deep reverence for the Holy Spirit’s power and a firm belief that true spiritual transformation comes only through complete surrender to God. His legacy lives on through his writings, which continue to call believers to a life of genuine faith, holiness, and devotion.
