About the Author
After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Theology from Florida Bible College, John went on to receive his Masters of Divinity from Knox Theological Seminary and his Doctorate from Reformed Theological Seminary. Having worked for 29 years in the Fire-Rescue arena, John retired in January 2007 at the rank of Battalion Chief in the Broward Sheriff's Division of Fire-Rescue to focus upon teaching the Bible. John is an ordained pastor in the Presbyterian Church in America and serves as an Assistant Pastor at St Andrews Park Road Presbyterian Church and oversees the undergraduate program at South Florida Bible College & Theological Seminary. John is married to his college sweetheart, Paula, and they have a daughter, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren.
