Messing About in Boats & Collected Stories

A collection of short stories dealing with fly fishing, family, love, quirky characters, jazz musicians and music, the romance of vintage bamboo fly rods, travel, dying, drug deals gone bad, marriage breakups, ordering a pine box funeral casket, young love, sorrow, the nuzzle in your face as a warm puppy licks you, and the joy of simply messing about in boats, by the author of THE MAN FISHER, THE FLY ROD SCHOOLMASTER, KENNEDY'S KIDS, OILIES, and THE FLY ROD PROSPECTOR. Mr. Landerman's wry approach to life and its many unexpected surprises will have you laughing, crying, and want to take your rod and get out on the stream. Preferably in a wooden drift boat.
