some significant water damage/stains on the front and back of the dj. larger chips along the front and back edges of the spine. bottom of dj edge also has some halfinch/inch chips (2). minor tears too. book itself has prev owners name plate small on first page. major stainage on book covers too. page edges are relatively clear though, as are the pages.- rw.
