David Pond is a full-time astrologer and writer living with his family on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington. David has a Master of Science degree in "Experimental Metaphysics." Other writings include: "Crystal Stones and Chakras" with Laura Pond and Deidre Berg; he is one of the contributing authors of "Exploring Consciousness in the Horoscope" edited by Noel Tyl: David has two books coming out this fall, "The Art of Relationships, an Astrological Approach" by ACS Publications, and "Chakras for Beginners" by Llewellwn Publications. He is also a frequent contributor to "The Mountain Astrologer," and the "International Astrologer."
David and his wife Laura organize yearly weeklong retreats for yoga and metaphysics in places like Bali, Hawaii, and Mexico.
Lucy Evelyn Pond has practiced astrology for 25 years, with clientele both in the Seattle area, where she resides, and throughout the United States and other countries. She has appeared on radio and television numerous times, on topics ranging from predicting the outcome of major sports events to advice on personal relationships. She has also sponsored and spoken on astrology at conferences and workshops, and has led discussions on intuition and women's issues at many retreats. She teaches workshops on "Tarot from the Heart," in which participants learn to read tarot using their intuition. She is editor of contributor to the forthcoming book, "In the Temple of the Moon", has published numerous articles in the Mountain Astrologer, and is co-author of "The Metaphysical Handbook." She has a B.A. in Humanities from the University of Washington.
Lucy credits her early work outside of astrology as a waitress, as a cashier at the Chubby & Tubby variety store, and selling burgers at Dag's Beefy Boy Drive-In as having paved the way for her career in metaphysics.
