The methodology used is based on a few basic building blocks, like the basic arithmetic operations in mathematics. This results in an understandable and practical read that clearly stands out from the almost unmanageable number of methods for finding ideas. It is easily accessible for a broad audience. The innovation process is illustrated with vivid, practical examples and comprehensively presented from the perspectives of methodology, technology, communication, business and management control.
