Overall Very Good condition. Contains numerous fold-out illustrations of microscope components and "animalcules", or microscopic animals. . Henry Baker (1698-1774) was a prominent natural philosopher who worked with John Cuff, an instrument maker, to significantly change microscope design in the mid-18th century.
