Shipping costs are based on books weighing 1.0 LBS. If your book order is heavy or oversized, you should receive an email message from AbeBooks requiring extra charge. Hawai orders will take 21-36 days to arrive with free shipping. If you are interested in a faster delivery choose the express option. Orders from Alaska can't meet the current shipping speed deadline (normally it takes 3 weeks or more to ship an item from the continental USA). If a buyer from Alaska or Hawai wants the item sooner they have to choose the priority option.
