Middle-Class Jobs is a book that was written to try to focus on policies that could be created and passed to create middle-class jobs as well as solve many problems our country needs to address. The book is designed to be a basic reference guide in determining what types of policies could benefit communities by providing middle-class jobs.

Instead of chapters 1 and 2, the sections are broken into policy 1, policy 2, and so on. The policies describe an assortment of jobs with a generic cost per job that is multiplied by the total amount of workers allocated in each policy. Middle-Class Jobs does have some commentary from the author, which brings more context to the particular policy being suggested.
