Bookplate of Cecil George Savile Foljambe, 1st Earl of Liverpool, PC, known as The Lord Hawkesbury between 1893 and 1905, was a British Liberal politician to front pastedown of Vol 1. This volume published in 1886, the three other volumes are fresher { fine copies } and without the central gilt medallion to upper covers, but as a Set they are complete and compliment eachother.
