The increasing pace of economic globalisation has created more migrant workers than ever before. Lack of employment and poverty have forced many labours in developing countries to seek work elsewhere. Migrant workers in unorganised sectors contribute to the economies of their host countries and also helps to economies of their countries of origin. Dr.P.Mohanraj is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Nandha Arts and Science College. He has done his college education in Bharathiar and Alagappa University. He has more than ten years of teaching experience in management discipline particularly marketing and human resource at graduate and post graduate level.
