Shipping Terms

Orders usually ship within 1 business day. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.

Domestic shipping:
Unless otherwise requested - U.S. Priority mail $7.00 for the first volume and $4 for each additional volume; U.S. Media mail $4.50 for the first volume and $2.00 for each additional volume.

International shipping:
Shipping by Priority airmail international envelopes is available to most countries for standard size books at $32 per volume.
Other rates available upon request.
