1. Sale of Goods: The Seller shall sell, and the Buyer shall purchase, the goods described in the Purchase Order (the "Goods") subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Purchase Price and Payment:
   The purchase price for the Goods shall be as specified at the time of the Order.
   Payment shall be made at the time of the order in USD.
   Accepted payment methods follow Abebooks standreds.
   All prices are exclusive of taxes, impositions and other charges, including, but not limited to, sales, use, excise, value added and similar taxes or charges imposed by any government authority.
3. Delivery:
   The Goods shall be delivered to the Buyer at the address specified in the Purchase Order.
   Delivery shall be made within 28 business days of receipt of the Purchase Order, unless otherwise agreed upon.
   The Seller shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as strikes, accidents, or acts of God.
   Risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery.
4. Title and Risk of Loss:
   Title to the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon payment in full.
   Risk of loss shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery.
5. Inspection and Rejection:
   The Buyer shall have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Goods upon delivery.
   The Buyer must notify the Seller of any defects or non-conformances within 14 days of delivery.
   The Seller's sole obligation for any defects or non-conformances shall be limited to replacement or repair of the defective Goods.
6. Limitation of Liability:
   The Seller's liability for any breach of these terms shall be limited to the purchase price of the Goods.
   The Seller shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
   These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
   Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North carolina.
8. Entire Agreement:
   These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the sale of the Goods and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.

Shipping Options:

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, the destination, and the USPS media mail****.
