International orders: flat rate to Canada: $23.95; to all other countries:
$29.95. International Mail will ship at quoted flat rate if book fits 4#
maximum envelope. Otherwise book may incur a surcharge which will be quoted
as required.
Our grading follows the AB standards; we err conservatively. Our books are
bubble-wrapped and shipped securely. Any book is returnable within ten days
if not as described.
