Schlueter (trial advocacy, St. Mary's U., Texas) leads readers through the maze of procedural and substantive military justice rules, military acronyms, and related practices unique to military criminal law, citing pertinent case law and statutory and regulatory authority. No dates are noted for the previous editions, but he has incorporated into the fifth the debates that arose and are still raging around the US government's response to the 9-11 attacks concerning the ability of someone to receive a fair trial in military tribunals.
