Military Expenditure in Third World Countries (Routledge Revivals)

Military Expenditure in Third World Countries (1986) analyses the economic dimensions of military spending in less developed countries and carefully evaluates the costs and benefits involved. Defence expenditure goes far beyond the realm of economics; its main function is the provision of security, but it is also involved with the socio-political process.
