The Military Transition Challenge: Essential Perspectives for Civilian Career Positioning

Dr. Peltz has had the fortunate honor of serving in our nation’s military on three different occasions over a 16-year period. These fundamental experiences were springboards into the civilian way of life. Each transition into the civilian sector came with its own unique career positioning challenges. He shares his insights, observations, and lessons learned with military members, veterans, and civilians to help them better position their careers for maximum opportunity. He ensures everyone he communicates his journey with leaves with the realization that they can accomplish any of their goals with the right preparation and perspective. This book is a MUST HAVE for anyone who has ever encountered personal and professional challenges when trying to successfully position their careers.

Reason for Book (Author's Note) I have transitioned from being in the military to becoming a civilian on three different occasions. Each time was filled with a different set challenges that needed to be overcome. I am compelled to share those journeys and observations with others (military, veterans, and civilians). The lessons and perspectives I offer help people to successfully position their careers and achieve their goals.
