In the first section, the descendants are traced from George Miller (b. circa 1750, Pennsylvania) who settled and married near the village of Crocus, Adair County, Kentucky. This family spread out broadly across the United States, with some in Jasper County, Iowa; Kansas as well as many other places. The second section traces descendants from Valentin Ritter (b. 1823, Bernstett, Alsace), who migrated to Perth County, Ontario, Canada. Many descendants are found in Ontario and Norton County, Kansas, as well as in other Kansas counties, Oklahoma, Colorado, North Dakota, and other places.…
