Millwright, Level 3, is the third installment of a four-level curriculum for a standard millwright apprenticeship program. Over the course of the series, you'll learn the components of the mechanical systems that a millwright interacts with. You'll also get step-by-step guidance in installing, removing, troubleshooting and maintaining these components.
In the 4th Edition, NCCER's fully revised Millwright curriculum moves from five to four levels, to fit a standard four-year industry training program. Content updates in Level 3 reflect modern tools and approaches, with three new elective modules offered.
You'll also benefit from a more focused approach to job skills. Across the series, more than 100 hours of elective modules are available for longer programs, to cover more in-depth training.
The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) education foundation that provides portable, industry-recognized credentials and certifications for skilled craft professionals. Its comprehensive workforce development system includes accreditation, training, assessment and career development solutions for the construction and maintenance industries.
