I Am Well introduces little yogis to the principles of Ayurveda—the holistic mind-and-body system developed millennia ago in India.

Like the other three books in the series, I Am Well includes Sandhya Prabhat's sweet, adorable, and diverse cast of children. This board book is great for little kids whose caretakers want them to learn about how to be healthy. 

Om Child is a calm and colorful board book series that features kids from all backgrounds enjoying yoga. It teaches readers about mindfulness and philosophy, which is often overlooked in favor of teaching poses. 

Lisa Edwards is a former children’s publisher who is now a freelance writer, editor, and Yoga teacher. Lisa trained and taught Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga at the prestigious Sampoorna Yoga school in Goa, India. Under the guidance of her teacher, Sudhir Rishi—a former Hindu monk—she has since undertaken further training in pranayama, meditation, and Yoga philosophy. 

She splits her time between the UK and India, and is committed to bringing the spiritual ideas she has learned to a young audience, to encourage them to discover and celebrate the joy that lies inside every living being, including themselves. 

Sandhya Prabhat is an independent animator and illustrator from Chennai, working out of California. She has illustrated children’s books, animated television shows and movies, and designed for social media platforms. She is the illustrator of The Spice Box, My Name, and A Garden in My Hands, as well as many other picture books.
