Your Mind is Yours: A Formula to Inspire Confident Thinking

What if the chaos in your mind isn't permanent? What if you could actually take control?

For years, Susan Axelrod lived at the mercy of her thoughts-anxious, overwhelmed, convinced her mind was just running wild on its own. A Type A overachiever drowning in negative thought patterns, she believed this was just who she was. Until she discovered a simple but profound truth: Thoughts are Things. And she knew one truth: You can control things. This realization opened her mind. Using that principle, she created a formula that changed her life. In this book, she shows you exactly how to do the same.

Through five clear, actionable steps-Notice, Choose, Build, Allow, Transform-you'll learn to:

• Catch negative thought patterns before they spiral
• Flip anxiety-driven "what ifs" into empowering possibilities
• Rewire your brain through simple daily practices
• Extend compassion to yourself in the messy process
• Create the calm, confident mindset you've been seeking

This isn't about toxic positivity or pretending everything is fine. It's about reclaiming agency over the one thing you've always had power over: your own mind. Filled with proven Confident-Life Tools(TM), real client stories, and practical exercises, this book is your roadmap from fog to focus, from anxiety to confidence, from feeling adrift to taking charge of your life.
