- Book 2 of 3: Mind
Transform Your Mind, Upgrade Your Life broaches the crux of the matter. This book is a practical workbook following Sam Kneller's Mind-Body Problem Solved, where he explains what consciousness and mind are based on theology. Genesis 2:7 says God breathed neshama (the breath of life) into each human. This is consciousness. Job 32:8 reveals there's a second spirit in humans, the ruach. These two spirits work intimately to confer on humans their humanity.
Humanity can be summarized by the five traits of consciousness each human possesses: purpose, conduct, reasoning, socialization, and rulership. When these are in alignment, there's a sense of peacefulness. The opposite leads to anxiety.
The key point to remember is that this mental makeup applies to all human beings regardless of race, beliefs, or gender. The solution to anxiety is Biblical, but it applies to all people because everyone possesses consciousness and a mind. Every person is different because each of us has, doesn't have, or is misusing our purpose, conduct, reasoning, socialization, and rulership.
Alleviating anxiety involves identifying the easiest barriers to overcome in these five areas of life and replacing them with doorways to walk through.
The real question is, what are the doorways, and where do we find them?
That is what Transform You Mind, Upgrade Your Life reveals. It is a practical workbook to help you alleviate, slowly but surely your anxiety and replace it with the peaceful you so crave.

**Please note our transit times are from the date of dispatch.** We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone.
