Mindfulness, Internet Addiction, and Interpersonal Relationships: Can Mindfulness reduce Internet Addiction Behavior on Junior High School Students?

With the advancement of technology, Internet has become a widespread use tool around the world. Nowadays, the age of Internet users are decreasing. The devices that can accessing to the Internet are become more affordable for people and people can use it wherever they go. Yet, using too much Internet would cause people addicted to the Internet, emotional problems, and interpersonal relationships problems. Fortunately, mindfulness plays an important role to help people to bring back a certain quality of attention and get rid of some negative behaviors.
