About the Author

Michael Gobran founded and served as CEO of two European enterprises. Since the 1990s, he has focused on training and consulting and launched an online learning platform using the 3R-Axiom, to help individuals inspire, influence and impact others. For more than 20 years, Gobran has focused on change management, leadership and strategy. Clients, such as Bayer, Allianz and BMW turn to him for expertise in ensuring employees and customers hear and understand their messages.

 

William Greenwald is founder and Chief Neuroleaderologist at the Windsor Leadership Group, specializing in the neuropsychology of team and leadership behavior. He is completing his graduate training in clinical psychology (Neuroscience focused) at Harvard University and holds two master's degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. As an ICF certified executive coach and multi-faith Ordained Chaplain, William supports a diverse client base including Global Fortune 100 companies, professional athletes, and even members of a Royal Family. William is viewed as the "go to" educator and coach on Servant Leadership, Presentation Design and Delivery, and NeuroLeadership and has lectured at many universities, including Wharton Business School.
