Brown cloth with gilt title on the spine of The Bible in Pictures. The cloth covers on both books have been enhanced with an artistic wood addition in a similar pattern. These are two small books from the same publisher, Sinai of Tel Aviv, Israel. The Book of Psalms was published in miniature in 1959 and measures 2.5 X 3.25 inches. The Bible in Pictures, with 125 illustrations by J. Schnor (Julius Schnorr von Carolsfeld, 1794-1872) was published in 1969 and measures 4.5 X 4.25 inches. A unique, beautiful little set.
