Mining Engineering and Environmental Science: Analysis of Financial Feasibility of Forest Plant Cultivation on the Former Land of Coal Mining

The research was conducted by examining revegetation activities on former land of coal mining using forest plants. The selection of forest plants are considered that the plants can adapt to the former land of coal mining. The characteristics of the former land of coal mining are classified as critical and poor drainage while the plants used are plants for reforestation. Selection of forest plants are considered too by ecological, economic and social aspects so as to provide benefits to the local community's economy and local government in a sustainable manner.
