The first few and last few pages have significant foxing or discoloration to the edges. There is a name written and stamped on the inside front cover - WP Snowden of Nevada City, 1885. Snowden was an attorney in Nevada City, a gold mining town in the Sierra Foothills. 183 pages, strong binding, no interior writing. A section of 30 pages have a heavy corner crease.
