The Miracle Question: Answer It and Change Your Life

Have you ever considered how a miracle would change your life? Would it enable you to get a better job, fix your marriage, stop drinking, keep your teenager home at night, make peace with your parents, silence your boss, bring back your deceased relative, or help you financially?

In this groundbreaking volume rooted in solution-focused therapy, Dr. Metcalf challenges readers to ask themselves:

"While you sleep, a miracle happens. Tomorrow morning when you wake up, what will you see yourself doing, thinking, or believing about yourself that will tell you that a miracle has actually taken place?"

The Miracle Question is a step-by-step approach for people who feel "stuck" and overwhelmed by their lives. It offers methods for tapping into sources and resources they already have.

Specifically addressing substance abuse, parenting problems, marital stress, and trauma fallout, but much more, "The Miracle Question" has answers for everyone seeking a fresh approach to whatever life brings them. With written exercises that help put you in charge of your goals and strategies, this book becomes the first true self-help book where you are in charge of your own miracle.
