Wire spiral binding with brown card covers printed in black, 8-1/8" x 6", 134 pp. + blank leaves; advertising scattered throughout, mostly local and mostly typographic, two color leaves advertising General Foods, contributor names listed. Blemish to front cover, toning to pages, a few stray marks. Very good condition. An emphasis on Swedish recipes: Iowa was home to many Swedish immigrants from the 19th century on, and most Swedish immigrants were Lutheran. These recipes include otsaka, Fattigman Bakelser, Glas Pojkar, V.
