Minor rubbing to boards and spine. Text block remains bound well, with light splitting between frontispiece and title page. Frontispiece in good condition and folds out well. Ex-libris bookplate and light markings and marginalia. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce and nicely preserved example of satire in early 19th Century Britain, with the book s characters lamenting the small misfortunes of everyday life.
